Large and popular seafood and dim sum restaurant on Bolsa Ave in the heart of Little Saigon. It's on the second floor directly across the street from the Asian Garden Mall.  It's the most popular spot for Dim Sum in Little Saigon and gets pretty packed on the weekends.  It used to be Dragon Phoenix for the longest time until Seafood Cove decided to take over.  Seafood Cove #1 is located on Westminster and Newland.
